Databricks is seeking a Global Workplace Services, Food & Beverage Lead to shape the culinary vision, amenity strategy, and daily service operations for our global offices. This in-office role based in San Francisco requires travel to critical hubs and leadership across international regions.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of senior hospitality management experience leading large-scale corporate dining programs for enterprise tech companies or high-volume multi-site environments.
• Expertise in managing large P&Ls and complex vendor contracts across regions.
• Strong background in planning commercial food and beverage environments within offices.

Responsabilités

• Define global F&B strategy across all touchpoints including cafes, micro-kitchens, and events.
• Lead vendor governance, IFM management, and global contracts with major dining providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Internal Communications, People/HR, IT/AV, Security, and local leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee global F&B budget, cost controls, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
• Enforce food safety, local regulations, and sustainability goals across regions.
• Utilize data and tech tools to optimize meal production and reduce waste.
• Develop global standards and playbooks for consistent regional execution.
