EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center FieldOps Service Lead to oversee installation, field operations, repairs, safety, and reporting across global data center projects. You will manage rack installations, fiber optics standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include leading projects, planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.

• Proven experience managing global technical teams and supporting enterprise network deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and completion of data center and network installation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans defining scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk strategies.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Establish and implement rigorous quality control measures to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and create mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and track project budgets, expenses, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for leadership and clients.
• Lead post-project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvements.
