Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Facility Manager to oversee the data center's critical infrastructure and lead a 24x7 engineering team.

You will manage electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate with vendors, and drive safety, reliability, and cost efficiency across multiple shifts. Qualifications

• 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 5+ direct reports.
• 3+ years of electrical or mechanical experience.
• 3+ years of engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team across shifts.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers.
• Lead improvement projects from conception to completion with cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure staffing levels are maintained and expanded with growth.
• Be involved in ongoing construction activities.
• Coordinate daily with third-party vendors to meet SLAs.
• Manage the operations budget and expenditures.
