Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Cost Data Analyst to manage data, analytics, and dashboard reporting for a global data center portfolio. You may also support cost management duties across related projects and contribute to capital planning efforts.

The role requires advanced Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience in benchmarking, data modeling, and statistical methods. Expect client-facing collaboration across regions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years applying benchmarking, data modeling and statistical methods to solve problems.
• Commercial experience in data center or industrial/manufacturing projects preferred.
• Advanced software skills in Excel and Power BI Dashboards.
• UAT/QA experience is helpful.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role.
• Good organization, multitasking, prioritization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cost trends, issues and opportunities across a global data center portfolio.
• Perform benchmarking, trend identification and growth forecasting to support decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive internal initiatives.
• Present findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements using software tools and automation.
• Review contractor pricing against benchmarks and address outliers.
• Develop and maintain monthly project cashflow forecasts and accruals.
• Analyze budgets against program-wide benchmarks and cost trends.
• Advise on funding needs based on benchmarks and trends.
