Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions LLC seeks a seasoned pre-sales engineer in Dallas to support overseas data center accounts. You will work with KAMs to advance major customers, key projects, and strategic opportunities.

You will develop deep customer requirements, support technical communication, and recommend cooling solutions including chillers, CDU liquid cooling, and precision air systems. English proficiency and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, Refrigeration, Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in data centers, HVAC cooling, central air conditioning, liquid cooling, or related industries.
• Experience developing Hyperscaler, Colo, AI infrastructure, EPC, or large system integrator accounts is preferred.
• Familiarity with data center cooling system architecture, high-density computing, liquid cooling CDUs, and air-/water-cool applications.
• Strong customer development, business negotiation, and project execution capabilities, with the ability to independently drive key accounts and major opportunities.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for customer communication, business negotiation, and cross-regional collaboration; overseas-based or willingness to travel internationally preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for overseas data center accounts, partnering with KAMs to advance major customers, key projects, and strategic opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and support technical communication, solution matching, product selection, configuration recommendations, and technical clarification.
• Provide technical support for cooling products including chillers, air-cooled solutions, liquid cooling CDUs, fan walls, and precision air conditioning systems.
• Participate in customer presentations, bid support, technical proposal preparation, customer Q&A sessions, and coordination with consultants and EPC partners.
• Understand core data center requirements related to power density, redundancy, energy efficiency, liquid/air cooling ratios, and reliability; support customer-facing solutions.
• Coordinate with product, R&D, delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth collaboration from pre-sales through execution.
• Summarize standard solutions, typical application cases, and competitor intelligence to support broader platform growth.
