Job summary

First Point Group seeks a Global Marketing Expert to drive growth for our Data Center business worldwide, leading industry engagement, demand generation, and solution marketing focused on thermal management and liquid cooling.

You will translate complex technologies into customer value, develop global campaigns, and enable regional teams through scalable marketing methodologies, collaborating with product, engineering, and sales to build compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the data center industry, with exposure to marketing, business development, solution marketing, or technical marketing functions.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, thermal management technologies, precision cooling systems, and liquid cooling solutions.
• Experience working with data center operators, hyperscale customers, colocation providers, EPCs, consultants, or ecosystem partners.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions and market-facing messaging.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's participation in major global data center industry events, conferences, and summits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, consultants, end-users, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value business opportunities generated through industry activities.
• Support regional sales teams in converting strategic opportunities into benchmark customer projects.
• Develop and standardize global marketing assets, including sales toolkits, messaging frameworks, case studies, competitive insights, and solution collateral.
• Enable regional marketing and sales teams through best-practice sharing, training programs, and scalable marketing methodologies.
• Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across global markets while adapting to regional requirements.
• Translate technical product capabilities into customer-centric value propositions and business outcomes for data center cooling, liquid cooling, and sustainability solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to build solution-focused campaigns.
• Strengthen company brand awareness and thought leadership within the global data center industry.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and customer requirements related to AI infrastructure and next-generation data centers.
• Analyze market opportunities and provide actionable insights to support go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on data center thermal management and liquid cooling technologies.
