Job summary

Meta is seeking a control-minded people manager to lead the Capacity Team within the ENS Foundation, overseeing rack receipts, moves, and decommissioning for a growing global data center footprint.

You will guide engineers to improve efficiency, reliability, and risk management through process, systems, and data. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across a complex global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of direct experience managing engineers and organizations
• 7+ years of work experience with designing and deploying large-scale data center connectivity infrastructure
• Thorough knowledge of structured cabling and infrastructure design and installation best practices
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale data center initiatives
• 10+ years of global infrastructure operations experience across data centers, networks and compute

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of capacity function across multiple sites
• Distribute workload based on projections and KPIs
• Ensure on-time delivery with rack SLAs
• Manage stakeholder communications and leadership meetings
• Enforce standard SOPs, runbooks and provisioning workflows
• Cascade goals and develop a high-performing, global team
• Lead cross-functional projects across data center, network, logistics, and security domains
• Drive automation and tooling to improve efficiency and reliability
• Travel up to 20% to data centers domestically and internationally
