Job summary

Meta is seeking a Data Center Capacity Manager to lead a global team within the Edge and Network Services Foundation. You will drive capacity planning for large-scale data centers, improve reliability, and manage risk through processes, systems, and data.

You will recruit, mentor and shape a high-performing organization, defining guardrails and standards to support Meta's compute infrastructure at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience managing engineers and organizations.
• 7+ years of experience designing and deploying large-scale data center connectivity infrastructure.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
• Proven ability to work in a global, matrix organization with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the capacity function across multiple sites in a geographical area.
• Distribute the capacity workload based on projections, OKRs, and KPIs across skill-sets and resources.
• Ensure on-time delivery with rack SLAs and meet throughput objectives with partners.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders and represent the team in leadership meetings.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, runbooks, provisioning workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Build a scalable global organization with ownership and continuous improvement.
