Job summary

Meta ISCE is hiring a Capacity Delivery Lead to secure and deliver data center capacity across a regional portfolio. You will work with DEC, GCs, and internal supply chain teams to proactively manage OFE and connectivity delivery issues at the site level, including risk escalation and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, supply chain delivery, or infrastructure program management within large-scale construction environments.
• Experience with power, cooling, or connectivity equipment supporting infrastructure construction (e.g., transformers, switchgear, generators, chillers, busway, fiber/cabling systems).
• Experience managing cross-functional escalations and coordinating across multiple stakeholders including construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners.
• Experience in risk identification, triage, and resolution in fast-paced, schedule-driven delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of data center capacity and provision-ready capacity.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for DEC Delivery and General Contractors on OFE equipment production and delivery issues at site level.
• Prioritize equipment delivery to meet capacity demands, coordinating with central supply chain teams for escalations.
• Manage, triage, and report delivery risks to leadership, proposing solutions to protect capacity milestones.
• Lead Capacity Delivery Reviews and provide converged delivery visibility across OFCI and connectivity by DC type.
• Coordinate OFE kick-off meetings at site level with GC and Meta construction teams, establishing contacts and delivery expectations.
• Represent ISCE during preconstruction phases to identify risks and influence schedule optimization.
• Drive proactive/reactive risk management and coordinate across OFE and connectivity equipment delivery.
