You will mentor talent, set roadmap and processes, and stay hands-on with SQL and Python to translate complex problems into actionable insights. A high data integrity bar is expected across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data or business analytics.
• 4+ years managing people or leading teams.
• Exposure to commercial sales, logistics, and retail analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with modern data stack experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global analytics team across regions.
• Own the global analytics roadmap for commercial teams.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data Science, and Economics stakeholders.
• Oversee dashboards, models, and data solutions using Snowflake, dbt, Python, and BI tools.
