Qualifications

• 10+ years in data or business analytics, with 4+ years managing people or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts across regions with coaching and clear direction.
• Own the global analytics roadmap for commercial teams, prioritizing work and delivering against goals.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data Science, and Economics stakeholders to set shared data priorities and governance.
• Build scalable processes, standards, and documentation for rapid but high-quality delivery.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in EMEA, APAC, and North America to translate business needs into analytical frameworks and reporting strategy.
• Oversee delivery of dashboards, models, and data solutions using Snowflake, dbt, Python, and BI tools.
• Drive data quality and governance in partnership with data engineering and BI.
• Embed analytics in decisions by collaborating across product, finance, supply chain, engineering, and marketing.
• Present insights to senior leaders to shape planning, forecasting, and GTM execution.
• Bring innovation by testing tools, automation, and AI governance for commercial teams.
