Harnham is partnering with a consumer business to appoint a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics who will lead a multidisciplinary team across Analytics, BI, and Data Engineering. This player-coach role focuses 70% on leadership and 30% on hands-on delivery to drive the Data & Analytics strategy and commercial impact.

You will translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, enhance reporting and KPIs, and foster AI-driven approaches while remaining technically involved.

Formación

• 7+ years in Data & Analytics, BI, or Data Science with proven people management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading broad Data & Analytics functions and setting strategic priorities.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern BI tools such as Looker or Omni.
• Good understanding of data modeling, transformation, and data engineering principles.
• Experience applying AI tools within Analytics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across Analytics, BI, and Data Engineering.
• Own the Data & Analytics roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the greatest business value.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve commercial, customer, and operational decision making.
• Drive improvements in reporting, KPIs, data quality, and analytical processes.
• Work closely with Data Engineering to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Remain technically involved, providing guidance and challenging analytical approaches.
