Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytics role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets in cloud-based or enterprise data environments
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis and experience using Python, R, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of KPI design, metrics frameworks, and data modeling concepts
• Ability to manage multiple analytical efforts simultaneously and deliver work independently
• Experience supporting production analytics, including validation, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in digital media, entertainment, gaming, or product-driven organizations plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex analyses that support business, product, and platform decision‑making
• Partner with Business Partners, Engineering, Shared Services Partners, and other stakeholders to define analytical requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
• Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards, reports, and analytical models used across the organization
• Analyze large, multi-source datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in partnership with data engineering and platform teams
• Document metrics definitions, assumptions, and analytical methodologies to support shared understanding and reuse
• Drive improvements to analytics processes, tools, and standards, including responsible use of AI-enabled analytics
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to other analysts, raising overall analytical quality and consistency
