Job summary

Harnham is partnering with a data-driven consumer business to appoint a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead a multidisciplinary data team and partner with senior leadership.

You will shape data strategy, drive analytics, BI, and reporting, and foster a high-performing function that enables commercial growth and operational excellence. This leader role blends strategic oversight with hands-on involvement as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Analytics, BI, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Previous people leadership experience, including team development and performance management.
• Experience leading broad data functions rather than a single specialist discipline.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Experience working within fast-paced, data-rich business environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team covering analytics, BI, reporting, and data management.
• Establish ownership, priorities, and accountability across the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
• Act as a player-coach, providing guidance while remaining close to the work to unblock challenges.
