Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Data Analyst for the METAL Unit within the CRRD Department. The role focuses on integrating data from core systems such as Integra, OTIS, Salesforce, and PID to deliver insights for CRRD leadership.

You will work with programs, fundraising, and finance to turn complex datasets—budgets, grants, and program metrics—into actionable dashboards and one-off analyses, guiding strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in data analytics.
• 2+ years experience in international humanitarian aid or development.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports across grants, finance, and program data.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights informing global program strategies.
• Collaborate with programs, fundraising, marketing, and finance to meet stakeholder needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes and keep up with analytics best practices.
