Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Junior Researcher to support the Airbel Impact Lab's Education Unit. Qualifications

• MA required in education, economics, statistics or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of quantitative methods including inferential stats; exposure to implementation research.
• Experience in data cleaning, management and analysis; proficiency in at least one statistical tool.
• Familiarity with qualitative data methods desirable.
• Up to three years of research/data analysis experience; internships/volunteer acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research across education projects, including data cleaning, organization, and analysis; produce high-quality reports.
• Support internal education research team and advance research priorities under supervision.
• Draft reports, briefs, and blogs for practitioner and policy audiences to disseminate findings.
• Collaborate with Education, Research, R&D teams and other IRC departments to support activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
