Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is offering an Adult Education Data Intern opportunity in New Jersey. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing data, performing data-entry tasks in ETO and CT systems, and developing workflows with Power Automate to boost efficiency.

Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in CS, data analytics, or IS, with interest in data management and Microsoft tools like Power Automate and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Based in the United States with U.S. work authorization and enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft systems, particularly Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to learn IRC history and local efforts.

Responsibilities

• Learn to use ETO and CT platforms efficiently.
• Record ELT program notes and enrollment data in ETO and CT.
• Enter data and prepare reports in ETO, CT, and Excel.
• Create and analyze course feedback surveys.
• Develop new Power Automate workflows for the Adult Education Department.
• Use Power BI for data analysis to improve program impact.
