Job summary

Amazon is seeking a program manager to lead the Data & AI sales plays center of excellence. You will own and improve the knowledge base, templates, and content across regions, coordinating with product, marketing, solutions architecture, and sales to ensure accurate, scalable outputs that move deals forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).

Responsibilities

• -Serve as the center of excellence for Data & AI sales plays, setting and enforcing standards for templates, BOMs, use case documentation, content management, and quality.
• -Own and improve knowledge base of sales plays and industry use cases for field agents.
• -Influence cross-functional teams to design and scale repeatable sales plays and BOMs.
• -Manage sales play and use case reporting, tracking pipeline, acceleration, and win/revenue realization rates.
• -Help develop industry-focused use cases (financial services, healthcare, manufacturing).
• -Partner with product, solutions architecture, marketing, sales, and partners to align GTM initiatives.
• -Ensure content infrastructure is accurate, current, and scalable for human and agentic experiences.
• -Drive executive alignment on GTM priorities and investments.
