Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a strategic program leadership role to run the Data & AI sales plays center of excellence. You will set standards for sales play templates, BOM quality, and content management to ensure AWS field teams have accurate, current materials that drive impact.

You will own the knowledge base of sales plays and industry use cases, partnering across product, marketing, and sales to land repeatable GTM initiatives globally.

• Experience leading program management for large-scale tech initiatives.
• Ability to design and enforce standards across multiple teams.
• Strong focus on scalability, data, and content management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the center of excellence for Data & AI sales plays and enforce standards for templates, BOMs, documentation, and content quality.
• Own and improve the knowledge base of sales plays, reusable content, and industry use cases to enable sellers and agents.
• Influence cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale repeatable sales plays and address friction points in the sales cycle.
• Manage sales play and use case reporting, tracking metrics like pipeline generated and win rates, iterating from data.
• Help develop industry-focused use cases (e.g., financial services, healthcare) showing how AWS Data & AI solves challenges.
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and partner teams to align GTM initiatives across regions
• Ensure the infrastructure of sales acceleration content is accurate and scalable for both human sellers and agentic experiences
• Drive executive alignment on GTM priorities and ensure stakeholders stay aligned across the business
