Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a visionary leader to build and govern Regeneron’s enterprise data program from the ground up. The VP will standardize data quality, manage the data catalog and semantic layer, and drive AI-ready data collaborations across the company.

The role reports to the SVP Chief AI Officer and requires deep expertise in data governance, master data management, and scalable data platforms to enable AI at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required in a related field.
• 20+ years leading enterprise data management, governance, or architecture.
• Experience building data foundations enabling AI/analytics at scale.
• Hands-on depth in federated data architecture, semantic layers, and multimodal data infra.
• Experience with GxP data compliance in regulated life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise data quality standards and governance policy for Regeneron's data estate.
• Oversee data governance outcomes across the enterprise and arbitrate trade-offs with delivery timelines.
• Define direction and investment for the enterprise semantic layer and standardized domains.
• Lead knowledge graph strategy and federated data ecosystem development.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Legal to ensure data privacy and compliance requirements.
