Job summary

Regeneron seeks an Executive Director, Data Management & Architecture to lead a unified Data Management and Architecture function within Global Development IT. You will define strategy for data platforms, AI architecture, and data governance, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant data capabilities that enable business outcomes.

You will partner across Enterprise Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Global Development leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field (Masters preferred).
• 17+ years of experience in product ownership or management roles, focusing on enterprise platforms.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modelling, and system integration.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, MDM, and data catalog practices.

Responsibilities

• Own data management and architecture for Global Development IT, unifying data enablement and architecture into one team.
• Define integration, API, and data exchange patterns across vertical and enterprise platforms.
• Lead data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GxP).
• Build and scale a data engineering and analytics team, including India-based GCC collaboration.
• Represent data architecture at ARB and advise on platform investments.
