Job summary

State Street is seeking a Global Operational Excellence Lead for CyberDNA to establish governance, resilience, and continuous improvement across cyber security data, analytics, and AI platforms. You will partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Continuity Services to drive production management and service delivery frameworks.

The role focuses on mature incident/change processes, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational maturity and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in cyber security or technology operations leadership.
• 7+ years in governance, production, or service management leadership.
• Experience leading global teams and enterprise-scale programs.
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CISM, CRISC.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 27001 ISMS, including audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global operational excellence strategy for cyber security platforms, products, and services.
• Design and implement enterprise production management frameworks, operating models, governance processes, and KPIs/SLA/SLOs.
• Establish and mature incident, problem, change, release, availability, capacity, resilience, and service management processes.
• Drive operational transformation using AI and autonomous agent tech to boost efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security Ops, Risk, Audit, and Compliance to improve ops effectiveness.
• Drive readiness and lifecycle management for cyber security products and platforms.
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.
