Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Extensive leadership of global teams and large programs.
- Strong ITIL/SRE/DevOps and service-management knowledge.
- Experience with ISO 9001/ISO 27001 and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead global operational excellence strategy for Cyber Security platforms, products, and services.
- Design enterprise production management frameworks, operating models, and governance processes.
- Develop KPI, SLA, and SLO frameworks to measure performance and outcomes.
- Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across operations.
- Mentor distributed teams and ensure regulatory and audit readiness.
