You will partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Continuity to deliver scalable, AI-driven operations and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 12+ years in cyber/tech ops leadership.
• Experience with governance, production management, and service management.
• ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CISM/CRISC or equivalent certifications preferred.
• ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 knowledge with audit readiness.
• Global teams leadership and enterprise-scale operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global operational excellence strategy for cyber platforms and services.
• Design enterprise production management frameworks and metrics.
• Establish incident, change, release, capacity, and resilience processes.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled operations to scale efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop KPI/SLA/SLO frameworks to measure performance.
• Mentor distributed teams and ensure regulatory and audit readiness.
