EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead the global incident response for cybersecurity events. The role requires coordinating complex responses, interfacing with Legal, Data Privacy, and Risk Management, and driving improvements across the incident lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years’ experience in Information Security/Incident Response
• Experience coordinating global cybersecurity incidents and working with cross‑functional teams
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global cybersecurity incident responses
• Act as liaison with Legal, Data Privacy, and Risk Management
• Lead process improvements for incident response and documentation
• Develop metrics and reporting for leadership on incident response performance
• Mentor junior team members and manage on‑call rotations
