Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to orchestrate global cybersecurity incident responses. You will coordinate complex events across time zones, liaise with legal and risk partners, and drive improvements in processes and metrics.

A strong background in DFIR, forensics, and incident lifecycle is essential. You will lead and mentor a team, deliver timely communications to leadership, and work in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in Information Security roles such as Information Security Professional or SOC/IR.
• 5+ years in SOC Analyst/Manager, Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, or related cyber defense.
• 3+ years in DFIR Incident Response Coordinator or related.
• Strong knowledge of incident response lifecycle, legal/regulatory considerations.
• Experience with SIEM, cloud security, and digital forensics.
• Willingness to be on-call after hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global cybersecurity incidents across time zones.
• Liaise with General Counsel, Data Privacy, and Risk Management.
• Drive integration with corporate incident management programs.
• Oversee high-priority CIS projects as directed by leadership.
• Coach and manage junior team members.
• Develop and document scalable incident response processes.
• Produce metrics and reports for leadership.
