Job summary

EY Cyber & Investigative Services is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL, to coordinate complex, global cybersecurity incidents from detection through resolution. You will work with General Counsel, Data Privacy, Risk Management, and business partners to ensure consistent response across EY’s worldwide operations.

The role requires advanced incident response, forensics, and communication skills, with on-call duties and a focus on diplomacy and timely

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience: 10+ years’ collective experience in information security roles
• Experience: 5+ years in SOC/Cyber defense or related incident response roles

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global cybersecurity incidents from declaration to resolution
• Interface with Legal, Data Privacy, Risk Management, and business partners
• Develop and deliver metrics on incident response performance
• Lead process improvements and documentation for incident response
• Be on-call for after-hours incidents as part of rotation
