Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity, Metrics and Reporting to drive enterprise strategy, governance, and execution of cybersecurity performance measurement, analytics, and reporting. You will partner with senior leaders across Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Audit, Compliance, and business functions to provide visibility into cyber risk, program effectiveness, and investment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or product security.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, business intelligence, data analytics, or performance reporting.
• Experience developing and governing enterprise cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience delivering executive, board, or regulatory reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams, programs, or enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise cybersecurity metrics, reporting, and analytics strategy in line with objectives and risk priorities.
• Lead measurement and reporting for senior leadership, translating data into strategic insights.
• Influence strategy, investment prioritization, and risk management through analytics and reporting.
• Establish reporting maturity roadmaps and continuous improvement for measurement capabilities.
• Govern KPIs, KRIs, data quality, and reporting controls across cybersecurity functions.
• Deliver executive, board, audit committee, and regulatory reports on risk and performance.
• Measure control effectiveness, resilience, and ROI of cybersecurity investments.
• Identify improvement opportunities from trends and threats, and propose mitigations.
• Lead automation and advanced analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights.
• Integrate telemetry from security platforms, cloud, identity systems, and AI security capabilities.
