Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity, Metrics and Reporting to lead enterprise-wide measurement, analytics, and reporting of cybersecurity performance. You will partner with senior leaders across Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Audit, Compliance, and business functions to provide visibility into cyber risk, program effectiveness, and investment outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
10+ years of IT/cybersecurity/product security experience.
8+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk, BI, data analytics, or performance reporting.
Experience developing and governing enterprise cybersecurity metrics, KPIs/KRIs, and performance frameworks.
Experience delivering executive, board, or regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the cybersecurity metrics, reporting, and analytics strategy at the enterprise level.
Lead cybersecurity measurement and reporting to translate data into strategic insights for senior leadership.
Influence strategy, investment prioritization, and risk management through analytics and reporting.
Establish reporting maturity roadmaps and improvement programs for cybersecurity measurement.
