Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity, Metrics and Reporting to lead enterprise strategy, governance, and execution of cybersecurity performance measurement, analytics, and reporting.

You will partner with senior leaders across Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Audit, Compliance, and business functions to provide clear visibility into cyber risk, program effectiveness, operational performance, resilience, and investment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in IT, cybersecurity, or product security.
• Minimum 8 years in cybersecurity, technology risk, BI, data analytics, or performance reporting.
• Experience governing enterprise cybersecurity metrics and frameworks.
• Experience delivering executive, board, or regulatory reporting.
• Leadership experience managing teams or programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise cybersecurity metrics, reporting, and analytics strategy.
• Lead enterprise cybersecurity measurement and reporting for senior leadership.
• Influence strategy, investment prioritization, and risk management through analytics.
• Establish reporting maturity roadmaps and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and deliver executive and regulatory reporting on risk, resilience, and program effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives to automate reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics.
