Zusammenfassung

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Leader of Connected Products Experience (CX) to shape and execute the CX strategy for automotive and manufacturing. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution across the customer journey with AWS CX solutions.

You will influence roadmaps, drive adoption, and engage executives while representing AWS at industry events and shaping partnerships to accelerate growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
• 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Automotive & Manufacturing industries experience.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Deep understanding of Customer Experience technologies, trends, and customer challenges.

Aufgaben

• Regular updates of the Customer Experience strategy, defining and driving initiatives for strategy execution.
• Reporting of strategic initiatives, business results and metrics.
• Influence Customer Experience product roadmaps and solution portfolio to keep AWS at the forefront of delivering solutions.
• Drive year on year growth by accelerating solution adoption velocity with regional leads and scaling teams.
• Publish the business validation/ROI framework to drive executive engagement.
• Represent AWS as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and forums.
