Job summary

Aquent Studios is seeking a visionary UX Designer to lead the design process from concept to implementation, shaping intuitive, world-class digital experiences. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive human-centered design across a global ecosystem, delivering measurable improvements in user journeys and engagement.

In this role you will champion design systems, run iterative design sprints, and mentor colleagues while aligning with business goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years in product design.
• A dynamic design portfolio showing your design process and shipped products.
• Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development.
• Strong design skills balancing user needs with business goals.
• Ability to navigate complex problems and deliver holistic UX solutions.
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Design Systems and guidelines for iOS/Android.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sketching, wireframes, IA, sitemaps, user flows, prototypes.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to all phases of product design, from research to prototyping and implementation.
• Drive a unified user experience by collaborating with colleagues, business leaders, and technology partners.
• Advocate for human-centered design within digital development processes.
• Partner with design leads to define and enhance product design and experience.
• Ensure creative thinking is applied to product, business, and customer needs.
• Collaborate on process improvements and tool implementation to optimize design workflows.
• Cultivate and maintain continuous customer relationships, identifying UX opportunities.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of a global enterprise.
