Job summary

Aquent is seeking a visionary UX Operations Specialist to orchestrate seamless UX program delivery and drive operational excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to unfold user-centered strategies, transform insights into scalable processes, and champion continuous improvement across product development lifecycles.

In this role, you will lead strategic planning, manage large working groups, and report on UX impact metrics that guide stakeholder decisions and future roadmaps.

• Foster collaboration across UX teams and manage large working groups.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and prioritize for outcomes.
• Communicate effectively across levels and deliver impactful narratives.
• Oversee project deliverables and conduct retrospectives for continuous improvement.
