- Experience evolving design systems from concept to production.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with UX teams and Product/Engineering.
- Champion user-centric solutions in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead design outcomes for a mature project, complex program, or emerging area.
- Develop long-term user experience and product strategy for the team.
- Provide perspectives that challenge prevailing thinking.
- Focus on high-traffic surfaces at the intersection of utility and discovery.
- Empower users to navigate, access, and act on information.
- Deliver design specs, prototypes, user flows, and assets that are ready for production.
- Collaborate with Design, Research, Content Strategy, PM, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science.
