FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented import documentation coordinator to manage US customs paperwork, classify goods for release, and process required entries. You will work with multiple systems, maintain accurate records, and support a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with carriers, brokers, and internal teams. Onsite work for onboarding with potential remote work options later.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• No industry experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred.
• Data entry/keyboard experience required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook using multiple screens and Windows.

Mansioni

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Classify goods for customs release from multiple sources (database, SOPs, tariff book, internet).
• Process import related documentation for submission to US Customs; may handle all PGAs.
• Maintain and keep current shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
• Adhere to international importing/exporting regulations.
• Collaborate with internal staff, other FedEx operations, and customers to deliver high-level service.
• Process agency brokerage shipments; may handle remote filings.
• Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed.
• Paid training provided.
