The ILS Company in Tucson, AZ is seeking a US Customs Specialist to manage import/export documentation, monitor shipments, and ensure CBP compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year in logistics or international trade; bilingual English-Spanish is required; salary ranges from $21 to $24 per hour and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in logistics, international trade, or related field.
• Technical understanding of international commerce.
• Understanding of Customs compliance and ACE platform.
• Bilingual English-Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute/import/export operations between the United States and Mexico.
• Prepare, review, and process customs documentation.
• Validate documents including entry summaries, invoices, manifests, packing lists, and origin certificates.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, warehouse personnel, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate delays or issues.
• Assist with internal compliance audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Prepare operational and compliance reports for management and departments.
• Collaborate with Finance to support billing and invoicing.
