Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Customs Compliance Specialist to support import/export operations and ensure regulatory alignment from our Phoenix facility. You will coordinate with customs brokers, review declarations, and maintain organized FTZ records.

The role emphasizes HTS/ECCN classification, duty tracking, and data preparation for CBP inquiries and performance reports, while collaborating across teams to resolve routine issues and elevate complex matters to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–1 year of experience as a customs entry writer/broker.
• HTS and 19 CFR familiarity required; FTZ regulations knowledge a plus.
• Active U.S. Customs Broker’s License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customs clearance by liaising with brokers and reviewing entry data.
• Maintain FTZ records and assist with quarterly/annual KPI reporting.
• Prepare and organize import/export documentation, permits, and licenses; track duties.
• Support CBP inquiries and audits with requested data and documentation.
• Verify shipping documents for regulatory compliance and accuracy.
