Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Memphis, TN is seeking a documentation coordinator responsible for US customs entry documentation on behalf of importers. You will classify goods for customs release, process agency paperwork, and maintain accurate shipment records.

The role requires HS diploma, no prior experience required, strong data entry and MS Office skills, and excellent written/spoken communication. This is a hybrid position with on-site training and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Data entry and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation for US Customs/government agencies for entry of goods.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from databases and tariff references.
• Data entry and processing of import-related documents for US Customs; may handle limited PGA's.
• Maintain current shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
• Adhere to international importing regulations.
• Collaborate with internal staff to deliver high-level service.
• Process agency brokerage shipments and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other duties; paid training provided.
