Qualifications

• Knowledge of customs brokerage process and regulations, including classification, valuation and origin.
• Experience with ocean, road and air documentation processes.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Enter data accurately into our operating system.
• Track and trace customs files and reporting.
• Bill clients accurately and timely.
• Interpret import/export procedures to meet customer expectations.
• Transfer declaration data into the customs entry system.
• Verify and submit customs declarations to authorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations at all times.
