• Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for customs operations balancing compliance, customer service, and shareholder value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry processing teams and supervision across multiple management layers.
• Manage station P&L, workflow, KPI achievement, and productivity.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure CBP compliance and reduce entries error rate.
