DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Quality Assurance & Duty Finalization Manager in Columbia, South Carolina. This leadership position is responsible for the operational performance and compliance of the CDZ Compliance Team, driving quality assurance and regulatory compliance while enhancing customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in compliance and related operations, along with strong leadership skills. The role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and career advancement opportunities within the leading logistics provider.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in brokerage, post‑entry, compliance, QA, or related operations.
• LCB / CCS preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Supervisors and/or Leads across Bonds, POA, Post Summary, QA, and Duty Finalization.
• Oversee shipment activities including POA Validation, CTB issuance, quality review, post summary corrections, and duty finalization.
• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, Import Manual, and SOPs.

Connaissances

Leadership experience managing people managers or senior specialists

Strong knowledge of bonds, POA, post‑entry, post summary, duty finalization, and QA

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills

Proficiency in MS Office and operational data reporting
