AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Customs Entry Specialist II to join our expanding customs brokerage team in Itasca, IL. You will support the processing of import documentation, verify data, and help ensure timely clearance in line with CBP requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in entry writing and 2+ years in CHB or imports, with strong data entry, Excel/Outlook skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Overtime and weekend rotation may apply.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years Entry Writing experience required.
• 2+ years Customs House Brokerage (CHB) or Imports required.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Process import documentation and support customs brokerage tasks.
• Verify shipment data and classify entries.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and authorities to resolve discrepancies.
• Audit documents and ensure compliance with CBP requirements.
• Maintain KPIs with low error rates.
