Responsibilities

• Process customs clearance with complete data and documents.
• Investigate and resolve operational or entry issues.
• Review client requirements related to accounting, credit, customs bond, and billing.
• Collaborate with CBP and other government agencies.
• Enter billing charges into systems.
• Participate in ISO audits and documentation updates.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
