Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review customs entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Obtain and verify correct classification of goods for customs clearance.
• Review shipments prior to release to ensure documentation is available for processing.
• Audit shipments processed through automated systems for accuracy and improvements.
• Solicit and maintain customs compliance documentation from customers.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver high service levels and provide training as needed.
• Contact customers regarding missing or incomplete documentation.
• Review entries and make corrections to ensure CBP compliance and bond protection.
• Investigate and resolve ABI errors and Census warnings to secure acceptance by CBP.
• Verify tariff codes and apply missing classifications when needed.
• Ensure OGA shipments comply with regulations and policies.
• Create coaching referrals to support education and continuous improvement.
• Support entry processing and cage operations as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
