Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Memphis is seeking a qualified entry reviewer to ensure timely review and corrections of entries submitted to US Customs and Government Agencies, meeting customer and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Review and correct entries submitted to US Customs/Government Agencies to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide impeccable customer service and support other workgroups.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from various sources.
• Solicit and maintain customs compliance documentation with customers.
• Handle confidential and/or sensitive information.
• Collaborate with internal staff, departments and customers to deliver high level of service.
• Review entries for accuracy and re-process with corrections as needed.
• Review and correct ABI errors and census warnings.
• Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed.
• Create referrals to document corrections to educate and reduce future errors.
