Expeditors seeks a Brokerage Agent to deliver flawless operational performance and exceptional customer service while supporting our vision through compliant, efficient brokerage activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, ensuring timely data flow across systems, and maintaining high standards in customs clearance and customer communication. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for effective coordination with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in US Customs Brokerage preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Import/Export or International Trade preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of Customs clearance processes.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Border Brokerage Operational Process Standards and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with Customs entries, In-bonds and FTZ admissions.
• Use Expeditor systems and tools (EXPO Customs, CHB Workboard, GCI, CFIT, Raft, VR, ETC).
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers and internal teams.
