Expeditors in the United States is seeking a Customs Brokerage professional to oversee timely and accurate shipment processing, data entry, and billing while aligning with customer SOPs and KPI standards.

You will prepare customs entries, monitor clearance, and ensure compliance with OPS and regulations, collaborating with team leads to deliver reliable service across Expeditors' network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years customs brokerage/compliance experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changes.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Process oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments timely and accurately.
• Enter data into operating systems accurately.
• Bill customers timely and accurately.
• Prepare customs entries in Exp.o Customs.
• Understand import/export customs SOP.
• Ensure timely data entry from LOG to DLV.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and communicate with customers.
• Meet KPI standards and departmental goals.
• Maintain compliance with OPS and regulations.
