Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage timely entry declarations and agency filings. You will ensure accurate billing, monitor release timelines, and maintain strong internal and external communications across a global network.

You will support dispatch handoffs and drive process improvements while upholding high KPI performance in a Fortune 500 environment with extensive career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations.
• Meet or exceed best-in-class KPI targets daily.
• Be visionary and propose process-improving ideas to leadership.
• Open files as required.
• Monitor timely entry release.
• Monitor all agency filings (e.g., PGA) and ensure release.
• Scan and index documents into imaging system.
• Handle entries and submit required documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing and invoice delivery.
• Hand off to dispatch in a timely manner.
• Provide clear and accurate written and verbal customer communications.
