Job summary

Johnson Outdoors Diving, home to SCUBAPRO, seeks a Customer Service Representative for our El Cajon, CA facility to deliver world-class support to dealers, sales reps and end users. You will focus on international sales and provide internal sales support including order fulfillment, scheduling, product availability, pricing and communications.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in customer service (call-center or end-user), strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call-center or end-user setting.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving skills.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with JDE and Data Warehouse is a plus.
• Scuba diving experience or willingness to learn is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to customers and end-users via phone, email, fax and online channels.
• Handle dealer and consumer complaints professionally and per policy/procedure.
• Input and expedite orders; monitor order completion and update records.
• Maintain address book; research and process credits/chargebacks.
• Perform general filing and assist with department projects as assigned by supervisor.
