Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Field inbound customer service calls and emails, address questions, and resolve issues.
• Process orders, edit for price/specifications, and enter data into the system.
• Provide product, pricing, and availability information; assist with online ordering.
• Resolve returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions; coordinate with shipping/production.
